Transformed and regenerated Imas transfer machine for the manufacturing of gas faucets. The machine is built with electromechanical units with fixed timing and feed, determined by cams and gears according to the required output. Production time is about 6 seconds. Self-balancing wivels allow upright position or 45° left or right rotation. Plant engineering, such as electrical and electronic equipment, plumbing and tool refrigeration with turning dredge system, wivels and all tools are newly-manufactured.
Manufacturing on this machine is run according to the EC regulations in force.
