Transformed and regenerated Imas transfer
machines for the manufacturing of thermostats.
The machines are built with electromechanical units
with fixed timing and feed, determined by cams and
gears according to the required output. Both machines
work simultaneously thanks to a catenary that allows
charge and discharge of pieces from the first to te
second machine. In the intermediate zone of the catenary,
a reversing group draws the semimanufactured products
from tha pallet and sets it back after turning it.
Production time is about 6 seconds. Plant engineering,
such as electrical and electronic equipment, plumbing
and tool refrigeration with turning dredge system,
wivels and all tools are newly-manufactured.
Manufacturing on this machine is run according to
the EC regulations in force.
